Shipping & Delivery Information

Thank you for your interest and support of our products. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification before shipment. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for your package to be delivered after it has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The following are estimates:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day/3-Day): 2-3 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 10-30 business days (varies significantly by country)

Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, weather conditions, customs delays (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the destination, and the chosen shipping speed. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees that may be levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we cannot modify the address after an order is shipped.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, occasional delays can occur. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, international customs procedures, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please inspect your package upon arrival.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping options may not be available for these addresses.

Changes to Your Order & Address:
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify an order if it has not yet entered the processing stage.
