Processing & Delivery

Once your order is placed at allhallowsshop.com, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.

Orders for items that are in stock are typically processed and prepared for shipment within a standard business timeframe. Please note that our operations are conducted Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or during most public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Items that are immediately available will be shipped using the delivery method you selected during the checkout process. For any items placed on pre-order or listed as back-ordered, these will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. All shipping charges are calculated based on rates set by our carrier partners. These costs are determined by the total package weight and dimensional size and are finalized at checkout. The rates are fixed by the carriers and cannot be altered or discounted by allhallowsshop.com.
